SHAKSHUKA - THE REAL ULTIMATE RECIPE

Here's a recipe for traditional shakshuka: Ingredients: 1 onion, diced. 2 garlic cloves, minced. 1 red bell pepper, diced. 2 cans (14.5 oz each) of diced tomatoes 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon paprika 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper Salt and pepper, to taste. 6 eggs Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish) Instructions: In a large skillet or cast-iron pan, heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté until soft and translucent, about 5-7 minutes. Add the minced garlic and diced red bell pepper to the skillet and continue to sauté until the pepper has softened, about 5-7 more minutes. Add the canned diced tomatoes, tomato paste, cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine all the ingredients. Goila Butter Chicken is a popular dish from India, known for its rich, creamy tomato-based sauce and tender chicken.  Here's a recipe you can try: Ingredients: 500g boneless chicken (cut into small pieces) 1 cup curd (yogurt) 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste. 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp coriander powder 1 tsp garam masala powder 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste 2 tbsp butter 2 cups tomato puree 2 cups heavy cream 1 tsp kasoori Methi (dried fenugreek leaves) 2 green chilies (slit) 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves.
